Refund & Cancellation Policy

If Capital Careers cancels a course you are entitled to a full refund including the enrolment fee. There are no administration charges.

When the candidate cancels a place in a course, and the cancellation is notified in writing under 5 days prior to course start date get 100% course fees paid in advance refunded less a $90 cancellation charge. The enrolment fee is not refunded.

When the candidate withdraws from a course that has started, a pro-rata refund will be provided and the candidate must pay all course fees up to that date of withdrawal. There is an additional $90 cancellation charge.

Where a group booking has been made and a quotation accepted, if the agreed numbers do not attend on the day of training as per the agreement, there is no refund of the agreed fees to be paid for the confirmed numbers in the course. This is negotiated on a case by case basis. There is an additional cancellation charge.

Capital Careers regrets that it cannot accept responsibility for changes to your work commitments or personal circumstances.

The following are NOT considered special circumstances for a full refund:

• Change in work hours or shifts on the day
• Inconvenience of travel or travel issues on the day
• Family illness or family commitments on the day

If in Capital Careers’ opinion, the customer would be unreasonably disadvantaged if not granted a refund – for example, a customer meets with a serious misadventure, serious illness or illness in the immediate family and you are unable to start or continue the course, then a refund may be considered.
The final decision on refunds is at the discretion of the management.
